Bring out the sunscreen and bathing suits for your stay in this sprawling 5 bedroom, 1 bunk room, 4 bathroom and a half bath Gulf Shores beach home! Walk just a block away for access to the crystal clear sands of the beach, or quickly drive to the heart of town to explore local shops and restaurants!
In this 2900 sqm house you will be enveloped in luxury with 5 spacious bedrooms and an additional bunk room, which is spread over 2 levels, 4 large bathrooms and 1 toilet! The open plan living area offers plenty of space for relaxing and filming together as well as a dining area that seats 12 comfortably between the table set with 8 chairs and 4 bar stools at the bar height counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal your heart desires, along with thoughtful extras like a behind-the-stove pot filler, beverage cooler, regular drip coffee maker, and ice maker! There is an additional work space with a wet bar that offers additional storage, a full size fridge and a sink - an ideal spot to set up the perfect beverage station for mixing your favorite beverages and storing snacks and finger foods!
After a stroll to the nearby beach access or a day of fun at the local attractions and you're ready to retire for the evening - there are more than enough options for you and your travel companions to choose from! There are 5 fully furnished bedrooms, 2 king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. A bonus bunk room offers a double bed over two sets of bunk beds, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 14! Getting ready for bed or getting ready for the day ahead will also be a breeze with 4 large bathrooms and a half bath. 3 of the bathrooms have a shower and 1 has a bath/shower combination.
To get to the beach, you only have to walk a block to the nearest public beach access. You are also just a short drive away from other downtown access points, popular restaurants, the Gulf Coast Zoo, numerous shops and several family entertainment destinations including The Track!

* PARKING: MAXIMUM 5 vehicles per reservation parked under house/driveway, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCEED. U-Hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not permitted on property.
*WHAT TO BRING: While all rental units in Sands of Alabama are furnished for normal housekeeping, the accommodations DO NOT come with cleaning supplies or toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and soaps intended for the duration of your stay. Each rental comes with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes a roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, a packet of powdered dish soap, a can liner per bin, a travel size hand and body soap per bathroom, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
