Barbary Knolls is a great place to live! The apartments are very nice, the appliances are fairly new and maintenance requests are always dealt with in a timely manner! Overall very happy to rent here, would highly recommend.

I've lived here for about five years and it's good... with a new owner I think it will be even better. The new management is actively making changes to improve things in the past. Great location, quiet, nice hiking trails nearby and easy access to town (212 is not far).

They charge extra for anything you can think of once you try to undress. They would do their best to affect your ability to rent any other place. Please read reviews from other sites and you would see that I don't lay! They always delete the bad reviews here! Be careful with these people!!!

We have lived in Barbary Knoll for 6 years and will return one day when we are ready to downsize. Our children were born there and we moved into a house when our 3rd child arrived. Apartments are spacious, closets are huge and it was a safe, quiet home. The kids also loved the playground just behind the building. The staff was always friendly and helpful whenever needed. It was nice that a garage was included in the rent as most places charge extra for it. The rent...
was increased only once during our stay which was also very nice.
